My Approach to Professional Supervision

My approach to Professional Supervision is to ensure a safe environment to talk openly about the challenges you face in your work. This could be workplace challenges, feeling stuck with your client work, ethical concerns, or feeling overwhelmed and burnt out.

You will be validated and supported in a non-judgemental and culturally safe way that allows your growth as a practitioner and ensures you are practicing competently and ethically. I use a reflective approach that allows agency and acknowledges your expertise.

I focus on addressing secondary trauma and stress experienced by practitioners, using a trauma-informed approach to support both client work and practitioner well-being.

I work from an anti-oppressive and social justice lens and uphold my commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
